Free First Consult via Zoom. Your first consultation is completely free! This meeting is a simple conversation before any commitment is needed. We'll discuss your goals, current fitness level, and any challenges you may be facing. It's an opportunity for me to understand your needs, and for you to see if my approach to coaching aligns with what you are looking for.
Personalized workout plans. Considering your schedule, I will create a simple program design for you to follow. I am going to provide video demonstrations and explain the correct form. Ultimately, we will work together to help you find workouts and activities you can enjoy.
Meal recommendations tailored to your needs and liking! Whether you need quick, high-protein meals or balanced options for sustained energy. I will help you tweak your current diet by providing suggestions that fit your specific needs.
1 Weekly Contact via Text/Email or Optional Zoom meetings/calls. I'll stay in touch with you along the way, through set check-ins to track progress and answer questions. My goal is to keep you motivated and on the right track. After our initial Zoom consult, you can choose your preferred method of communication. I recommend Zoom meetings or calls for more in-depth discussions, but we can adjust based on what works best for you.
Supplement recommendations if needed. I will provide guidance on supplement options if necessary! Whether it is for muscle recovery, energy boosts or basic nutritional gaps.
