BBQ CHICKEN DIP:
33 g of protein (2 min to make)
-5oz chicken breast
-3 tbs bbq
-5g mozz cheese
1. Drain water out of the chicken
2. Mash chicken with a fork
3. Add ingredients
4. Microwave for 60-90 seconds
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup oats
- protein powder
- 1–2 tsp brown sugar
- A pinch of salt
- water (adjust for preferred thickness)
Instructions:
1. Add oats, protein powder, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt to a bowl.
2. Pour in the water and mix until everything is combined.
3. Microwave for 30-60 seconds
4. Stir, then add your toppings (berries, peanut butter, yogurt, chocolate chips- anything you want!).
